You can only use veranda signs on a premises in neighbourhood and local centre zones to advertise products, services, goods or events taking place at the premises. You cannot put signs on top of a veranda in these zones.
You can display horizontal wall-mounted signs and flat wall-mounted signs on wall at a premises in neighbourhood and local centre zones. Restrictions apply.
There are no size restrictions for window signs displayed above the ground floor in neighbourhood and local centre zones. Window signs in these zones can be subject to other restrictions including frontage controls.
