Late objections to general revaluation

Ngā whakahē wāriutanga whānui tuarua tōmuri

When we will accept a late objection

We accept requests for late objections to general revaluation in special circumstances only (e.g. traveling outside of New Zealand during the entire objection period).

We may request proof and we will reject late objections if you don't give us a valid reason for lateness.

Objections made after 5pm, 16 January 2018 will be considered as a late objection.

How to request a late objection

To request a late objection, use the online objection service below.

Object to your valuation online

After you lodge an online objection, we will email you an acknowledgment. One of our valuers will review your objection and may discuss it with you or inspect the property, if necessary.
