Ōtara-Papatoetoe plans, agreements and reports

You should know

Over the coming months, we want you to help us shape the draft local board plan for Ōtara-Papatoetoe.

Local boards now have more power to make decisions over local services and assets. But at the same time there are increased challenges. The cost of living and providing services has gone up, as well as the costs of borrowing money and doing business.

To help us make decisions that best reflect the needs and priorities of our community, tell us what is most important to you.

Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board Plan

The Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board Plan is the guiding document for the local board, and is its strategic three-year plan to outline the communities' priorities and preferences.

Local board plans guide local board activity, funding and investment decisions. They also influence local board input into regional strategies and plans, including the Auckland Plan (the 30-year vision for Auckland), the council's 10-year Budget (Long-term Plan) and the annual budgets.
