3. Apply for a property rates rebate

If you haven't received a property rates rebate application and you think you might be eligible, download a property rates rebate application form.

 

 

​If you live in a retirement village and want a property rates rebate, you will need to complete the following declaration.
​For assistance filling out the form, use the property rates rebate application guide or call us to discuss your application on 09 301 0101.

Send your completed property rates rebate application form, along with supporting documents, to:

Auckland 1142.

​You can bring your completed property rates rebate application form, along with supporting documents, into one of our service centres or libraries.

You need to provide all requested information so we can calculate your rebate. We will return incomplete applications.

It will take approximately 15 working days to process your application. During busy periods, it may take longer.
