Manage your rates online with myAUCKLAND

myAUCKLAND makes it easier for you to manage your services with us online.

You should know

Any property rates amount shown is for the 2019/2020 rating year. Rates for the 2020/2021 rating year have not been assessed.
They will be available here from August, after the adoption of the Emergency Budget 2020/2021.

How you can manage your rates with myAUCKLAND

With myAUCKLAND, you can:

  • pay your property rates on all your properties
  • see your property rates balances and past transactions
  • group properties to manage your account more easily
  • invite people to access or manage the property rates information for your property.

How to add a property to your myAUCKLAND account 

You need your PIN and property rates assessment number to log into myAUCKLAND. You can find these in your most recent property rates notice, in the 'Your details' section - see example on property rates assessment and invoice.

Once you have successfully logged into myAUCKLAND, click the 'Go to my property rates' button and then scroll down until you see the 'Add a property' button.

You need to use Google Chrome with myAUCKLAND.

Privacy of property information

You will not be able to access a property's rates information on myAUCKLAND unless you have the PIN, or the person with the PIN has given you access. 

If the property is sold, you will no longer have access to manage the property. However, you will still be able to view all the transactions from the period you owned the property.
