To subdivide the site to create 25 rural- lifestyle sites and one balance site, to construct dwellings on specific sites that do not meet yard setbacks, establish a community building, associated private access lots and a new vehicle crossing (including entry retaining structures), undertake vegetation removal and alteration on the site (including in proximity to watercourses and wetlands), in the road reserve and on an adjoining site, install culverts, undertake planting, undertake earthworks of 72,055m3 of cut and 72,465m3 of fill over an area of 9.1ha, including within floodplains, riparian yards and the coastal protection yard, and discharge stormwater.
