Speak at a monthly business meeting
We set aside time for members of the public to speak to the board at our monthly business meetings.
The board allocates 30 minutes for the public to speak to elected members. Each speaker has three minutes.
The other option is to speak through a deputation. This is a formal presentation requiring seven days' notice and the chairperson's approval.
Deputations are given 10 minutes to speak, including time for the board members to ask questions.
You can read our
upcoming meeting agendas to find out what is coming up.
Contact
KaipatikiLocalBoard@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz in advance to arrange to speak.
